Prices Listed Are Minimum - Final Prices May Vary Light dusting of fixtures, decor, furniture. Polishing of wood, stainless steel, plastics. Sanitizing all cabinet doors/drawer faces, light switches/high touch areas, counter tops, appliance exteriors. Cleaning showers/tubs, vanity, toilet. Trash removal. Sweeping/vacuuming/mopping.

1. How do I make a cleaning appointment?
Give us a call or send us a message! We will schedule a time for an estimate with you, do a walk through, and then set a time for the cleaning. You will receive an email with the appropriate paperwork. These forms are required to be on file prior to any cleaning. Fill everything out and you’re all set! 🫧
2. What's the next step after I book?
You will receive a confirmation message that generally outlines the services you booked and the appointment time. Please review this message to verify all the information is correct.
3. Are you a pet friendly service and do your cleaning teams use non-toxic or organic products?
We love animals as much as you do! Our teams are familiar with the proper treatment of dogs, cats and other pets. We also use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. Please make sure to request an eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you. Please make sure any aggressive pets are securely put away or are with you while we clean.
4. Do I need a Deep Clean?
We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months.
5. Are there any services you don't offer?
While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, remove window screens, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash or animal feces. Unless it is a BioHazard Clean which is a different service. To learn more on BioHazard clean please search our page.
6. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we'll take care of everything!
7. Do you offer a Guarantee?
We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can re-evaluate. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We must be provided at least 48 hours notice in the event we agree we should come back.
8. Are you insured?
Yes, we are! In fact we are Bonded as well! To obtain proof of insurance/bond, you can email us at katscleaning.01@gmail.com and we'll send you our current documentation.
9. How many hours is a typical cleaning service?
There is no set amount of time - it all depends on the current condition of your home. To get a good approximation, take the number of bedrooms in your home and make that into hours. E.g. 2 bedrooms = 2-3 hours to clean the full house. This may vary depending on the level of clean when we arrive!
10. When will I be charged?
When you book online or via phone, we ask for your credit card number to hold the reservation. However, you will not be charged until we have finished your cleaning service. If you sign up for recurring service, you will be automatically billed after each cleaning is complete. For some businesses we will accept Net30 accounts, please mention this in your initial walk through.
11. Do you offer hourly service?
In some instances it may make sense to do an hourly service. We have a minimum of 4 hours when booking hourly services. This is generally reserved for very large homes or homes where we are only doing a couple of rooms or homes with a lot of clutter or dirt. Please note there is no guarantee on our hourly service and we cannot come back and re-clean if you do an hourly service.
12. I've never had a cleaning before, does that cost extra?
While we make every effort to keep all homes within our flat-rate pricing; homes that are extra dirty or larger than normal for the given number of bedrooms and bathrooms may incur additional charges over the flat-rate fee.
13. What is your cancellation policy?
We try to be as flexible as possible, after all we are people too! However we are a business and your cleaner counts on her scheduled jobs. We ask, if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a cancellation fee of $75. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment 50% of the amount of the cleaning cost is due. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out the full price will be charged and your service will cancelled ongoing.
14. What does the contract say and why is it required?
It simply states you hired Kat’s Cleaning on a one time or repeating basis and you will pay us for our services. We require these forms on file for our protection and your guarantee.

- Deep Cleaning starts at $200
- Carpet Cleaning is $65 per room
- Supplies are $25 - $50 + per occurrence
- Estimates in Elephant Butte and T or C are free
- We offer Senior and Low Income Plans
